The Adolescent Medicine Practice provides specialty care to patients ages 11 to 23 years old, including specialty consultation for patients with:

  • Adolescent Female Reproductive Health
    • Family Planning Services
    • Menstrual Problems
    • Polycystic Ovary Syndrome
    • Sexually Transmitted Infections
  • Chronic Fatigue
  • Chronic Abdominal Pain
  • Chronic Headaches

Psychosocial problems associated with other medical conditions such as:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety Disorders
  • ADHD

Penn State Children's Hospital offers an adolescent eating disorder program as well as programs for improved physical fitness, weight control, and smoking cessation.
