Cheston M. Berlin Service Award
The Cheston M. Berlin Service Award was established in 1987 in honor of pediatrician Chet Berlin who is currently on faculty at Penn State Hershey Children's Hospital and who was a mentor of many College of Medicine alumni. This Award recognizes meritorious service to the College of Medicine Alumni Society or its members. The individual(s) nominated for the award may be faculty, students, administrative staff, alumni, or any person directly or indirectly associated with the Penn State College of Medicine. Criteria for selection will be based upon the individual having provided outstanding service to the society or its members.
Please submit your nomination(s) along with an explanation of why you think the individual(s) should receive the Cheston M. Berlin Service Award.
