If you are looking to volunteer for Children's Miracle Network at Penn State Hershey Children's Hospital, you've come to the right place! We have a variety of volunteer opportunities available through the year. We would love to add your name to our volunteer list, so that we can contact you as volunteer opportunities become available. Please take a few minutes to complete our Volunteer Response Form and return it to the Children's Miracle Network office. Our current, ongoing, and internship volunteer opportunities are listed below.

If you are an employee of Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center and College of Medicine and would like to volunteer for employee-driven events, please complete the Employee Volunteer Response Form.

Current volunteer needs...

Volunteer Internship with Children's Miracle Network...

Children's Miracle Network INTERNSHIP --- Majoring in Public Relations or Communications? An internship with Children’s Miracle Network will certainly help build your resume! The Children’s Miracle Network is an international non-profit organization that has affiliations with 170 children’s hospitals. Children’s Miracle Network at Penn State Hershey Children’s Hospital at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center serves the Harrisburg, Lancaster, Lebanon and York region. Children's Miracle Network’s mission is to raise funds for children’s services and create community awareness of children’s issues. As an intern with Children's Miracle Network, you will handle press releases; participate in corporate communications initiatives; work with volunteers; and assist in planning and executing promotional activities and fundraising events-so you'll need to be confident and have the ability to hit the ground running.

Internships with Children’s Miracle Network at Penn State Hershey Children’s Hospital are resume-building, unpaid academic experiences. Hours are flexible. We strongly prefer that internships be "for credit" or otherwise approved by or required by the school or university. Internships are available year-round, so there is no deadline to apply.
