Clinical Research Fellowship

Research and education missions are critically important to us as is providing outstanding patient care. We have developed a vigorous and expanding research mission and are completing training for our current fellows. Our DEM has completed and continues to enroll human subjects into important clinical trials in the domains of resuscitation, acute neurological conditions, and emergency preparedness. Research training occurs through participation, mentorship and formal training programs (Jr. Faculty Development, Grants Academy, and the Clinical Transitional Science Institute).

The Clinical Research fellowship is one year in length and our investigators will have the opportunity to conduct research that focuses on many different areas of clinical significance. Our Clinical Research fellows will manage these projects utilizing the basic research protocols of human subjects protection, regulatory submissions, and oversight of clinical data collection.
