How to Apply
Applicants must complete a Visiting Student Application. Elective positions are limited and students are encouraged to submit their applications early during the evaluation period of January 2nd through April 30th each calendar year. All requested information on the application must be completed accurately. Applications will not be processed until all necessary supporting documentation has been received. Completed applications are sorted in chronological order, based on the date they are received. Decisions on elective assignments will be made by May 30th. Approved applicants will be informed of the decision via email.
