Requirements: 

• Patients at Penn State Hershey Medical Center (inpatient or outpatient settings)
• Family members of patients at Penn State Hershey Medical Center (inpatient or outpatient settings)
• Have an open mind to other people’s ideas and beliefs
• Interested in improving services at Penn State Hershey Medical Center
• Able to attend 7 out of 11 meetings
• Terms are for 1 year and are renewable for a total of 3 years
