The Registrar's Office at Penn State College of Medicine provides important services beyond medical school. Questions regarding these support services should be sent to:

  2. Duplicate Diplomas
  3. MD Verification - The College of Medicine's Registrar's Office provides verification of dates a student attended and degree awarded.  There is no fee or this service. Your request may be submitted via mail, email, fax or in person to:
