Thirteenth Annual Minisymposium on Melanoma
The Melanoma Center would like to invite you to attend the Thirteenth Annual Minisymposium on Melanoma, on Monday May 19th, 2014 from noon – 4:15 p.m. in Lecture Room D. The focus for this year's Minisymposium is "Personalized Treatment of Melanoma". Please welcome keynote speakers a Harriet Kluger, M.D., Associate Professor of Medicine, Associate Director of the Medical Oncology Fellowship Program, Yale University, School of Medicine and Sheri Holmen, Ph.D., Adjunct Associate Professor, Department of Surgery, Huntsman Cancer Institute, University of Utah.
The Mini-symposium also provides outreach to the community through education and increasing awareness about the disease.
The Mini-symposium provides local schools with an opportunity to expose their students to translational science by visiting basic science areas, clinical care areas, animal facilities, radiation oncology and the new Children's Hospital
