Penn State Hershey Surgery Patient Care
As part of our commitment to patient care, the Department has an extensive Quality Program that documents outcomes in all clinical divisions. In addition to institutional quality measures, the Department participates in the national Surgical Care Improvement Program (SCIP) and the National Surgical Quality Improvement Program (NSQIP) of the American College of Surgeons.
As experts recognized nationally and internationally for contributions to their surgical disciplines, our faculty constantly seek to develop the latest advancements in surgical care and techniques. In order to ensure that patients receive the best care possible, our surgeons are committed to working in close collaboration with referring physicians.
